To complete the online course and instructor evaluation, please follow the instructions below. Your participation in this evaluation is very important and much appreciated. Please note that your responses are anonymous. The electronic evaluation is the only method to complete the course and instructor evaluations for courses participating in the online course evaluations. Getting started

To complete the online course/instructor evaluation, please do the following:

1. Login using your student ID and assigned password

2. Navigate to your class schedule

3. Evaluated "courses" can NOT be modified once saves. (will be availiable for view ONLY)

The Evaluation

Once you click "EVALUATE" the Questionare evaluation page will open for you to conduct course/instructor evaluations. Please read each question carfully and select your answer with all fairness. The entire evaluation questionare is aimed to improve the services provided to our students.

LOGIN

Login using your private Student Identification Number printed on your University Student Card. Protect your data privacy and other and never share login or private information.
